In accordance with U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), and associated organizations, all Razberi intelligent video appliances comply with the John S McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with respect to the use of prohibited equipment and components. All our products contain NDDA-compliant components produced.
Compliance with Buy American Act
All intelligent video appliances from Razberi comply with the Buy American Act, 41 U.S.C. 10a-10d. Provisions in the Buy American Act, 41 U.S.C. 10a-10d exempt all Information Technology equipment (FAR Subpart 25.103). Furthermore, we manufacture and assemble these products at our facility in Farmers Branch, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.
In addition, Razberi Monitor, Razberi CameraDefense, and Razberi ServerSwitchIQ firmware were designed and developed in the U.S.
Trade Agreements Act (TAA) Compliance
Razberi is pleased to confirm that all our intelligent video appliances are compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. §§ 2501–2581).
