I completed the CameraDefense wizard and is now running. After saving my cameras are no longer streaming to the VMS, no live or recorded video.
This may be due to your firewall or whitelist configuration. RTSP needs to be enabled for most cameras to stream video. To verify, go to the Dashboard, click on Configure under the Firewall and disable, save. Do the same for Whitelist, disable and save. Check to see if video is now streaming. If this corrects the issue, examine the allowed services in the firewall make sure you have the proper services included before enabling. Same with Whitelist, make sure your allowed addresses for the cameras and Video Management network are properly configured.
